Rick Musto has been in Construction or some type of building since he was 15 years old; from digging ditches to custom homes. RFM Construction was started in 1986. Rick was licensed in 1988. He has a General contractor's B1 License. RFM construction incorporated in 1995 and started the award winning "The Patio Kings" .We were always the patio kings, but this just made it official.

RFM has had growth every year since it was started. During its growth, Rick added a (C-33) painting and decorating license and a (C-39) roofing contractors license. We are members of the BBB elite members and members of both Fresno & Clovis Chambers of Commerce. We are fully Licensed Bonded & Insured. The owner of RFM is a member of Nari (National Association Remodeling Industry); this group sets the standard for the remodeling industry. We also have been named in the Top Five Hundred Contractors in the nation for years from 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 2008, 2009 in the Qualified Remodeling Magazine, and the Top 200 Specialties for two years. We have also received an award of excellence in Builders Architecture magazine in 1996.
